I have built the wardrobe but the heavy sliding doors that have a roller system. If you know what you are doing then its a 15min job, thats why I am budgeting this as a little lower as I have already done most of the work.

Our cat has chewed marks into 3 x plastic window handles so we need the marks removing or buffing out. We also have plastic shutters and he has nibbled these so need the bite marks buffing out too

I think the door has moved and now the lock is misaligned with the rebate in the frame

The screws for the door handle on the inside are not staying in the door and the handle is very precarious! It’ll either need a new handle or a good fix

We need to remove the screws to the old door bell back plate. The screws appear to be stripped and need to be removed and the new door bell back plate will need to be installed.

Hi, I’ve bought a GORNATION Large Outdoor wall-mounted pull-up bar that I need professionally installed on an exterior brick wall in Leytonstone, E11. It’s for calisthenics, including pull-ups, muscle-ups and other dynamic movements, so I need it installed as a proper load-bearing fixing, not just general wall mounting.

The fire doors are already hung but no smoke seal strips have been installed . One door is in e70ar and the other door is in e153dp. Only 15 mins drive , I can drive you to the other location if required

A small job for an experienced carpenter/joiner to hang a new internal door. The door has already been planed to size and fits the opening, so won’t need any resizing or trimming. I just need someone to: * Fit and recess the hinges into the door and frame. * Hang the door so it is straight, flush and operates smoothly with even gaps. * Fit a pull handle to the door (pull handle only – no latch or lock mechanism). The frame is already in place, and the door is ready to be hung. I’ve attached a photo of the opening. Tools: * I have tools available, including a planer and chisels. * Ideally, you’ll bring your own professional tools. Parking: * I’ll cover the cost of parking. Our internal door latch has broken and needs to be refitted correctly. We have a new latch and the installation guide, but after attempting to reinstall it ourselves, the latch mechanism won’t click into place or operate properly. We’re looking for someone experienced with door hardware who can: * Reassemble/refit the tubular latch correctly. * Ensure the latch retracts and springs back properly. * Reinstall and align the door hardware so the door closes and latches as it should.

Hi all. I have always had issues with the windows in the flat, them being stuck when I moved in, mold, paint falling off etc. Now I would like to tackle the living room windows situation. They have not been opened for a few years (Don't ask) in the meantime the maintenance company also done painting from the outside so I believe they will be even more stuck as they would be already. Could someone have a look at them, so I am able to open them again please but carefully to not damage anything? In addition I would also like the windowsill and frame re-painted in white from inside. I had this done previously but it is coming off again. Please note that the window handles to open don't need to be replaced. Please offer total price for task plus painting/tool cost.
