Hello I would like to have a new bathroom door fitted. I am able to supply the door but would appreciate some guidance as to the type of door I should buy. I previously put a hollow door on but because it was on the bathroom, as people regularly opened and closed the lock, the wear and tear made the handle fall off (this is shown in the picture of the old door). So I think I need something more solid this time. Your guidance on this is appreciated. I can buy a toilet lock too. This will need fitting. The measurements of the current door are: height 198cm width 67.5cm thickness 3.5cm with current door hinges at 7.5cm - I think they can be used again. The property is East Ham, London E6. Its only one door, a simple job. Hopefully you are able to trim the door down to the right size and paint it if necessary, if it needs painting white.

Hi all. I have always had issues with the windows in the flat, them being stuck when I moved in, mold, paint falling off etc. Now I would like to tackle the living room windows situation. They have not been opened for a few years (Don't ask) in the meantime the maintenance company also done painting from the outside so I believe they will be even more stuck as they would be already. Could someone have a look at them, so I am able to open them again please but carefully to not damage anything? In addition I would also like the windowsill and frame re-painted in white from inside. I had this done previously but it is coming off again. Please note that the window handles to open don't need to be replaced. Please offer total price for task plus painting/tool cost.

My suspended glass bathroom door has slipped down in it's bracket on one side. I need someone with experience to reset it. As the photos show there is only a small access space. This glass cannot be reset by tightening the nuts at top - I have already tried this.
