The handle has fallen off one of the doors needs to be re attached. Tenants are complaining they can’t control the radiators so need someone to have a look: With regards to radiators, the entirety of the top floor are now not working at all. The central heating control is in the kitchen and does seem to work downstairs, but this doesn’t change the fact that the upstairs radiators do not work, and the lower bedroom radiators cannot be controlled. Both radiators in the lower room have their covers glued on, and we are able to just about access the larger radiator valve, but this is jammed meaning we are unable to control the temperature.
