Hello, I manage a flat council came for inspection and requested the following: Fire-Resisting Doors - Kitchen • Supply and fit in accordance with the manufacturers' instructions, self-closer, cold smoke brushes or seals and intumescent strips to the kitchen door, certified to FD30S standard. 2. Fire-Resisting Doors - all Bedrooms • Supply and fit in accordance with the manufacturers' instructions, self-closer, cold smoke brushes or seals and intumescent strips to all bedrooms door, certified to FD30S standard. In total 4 doors they are already all fire doors, chain self closer already on all doors but has been unscrews from previous tenant so need to adjust and screw back to one side so that door close itself properly. Regarding cold smoke brushes or seals and intumescent stripsn d to be fitted on all 4 doors seems like there is already something on top of the doors but will need to be done all sides I believe please provide quotes including material only thing needed : cold smoke brushes or seals and intumescent strips for 4 doors

Route into the door edge. • Refit/secure the existing self-closing devices — the closers are already in place but some fixings/screws are missing or loose, so they need re-screwing and adjusting so each door fully closes and latches. Please bring appropriate screws. Please include all materials in your quote (strips/seals and any screws/fixings). One of the doors is the kitchen door. I’ll need clear photos of each completed door edge for the council, and if you can provide a short written confirmation of what was fitted, that’s a bonus. Hi all. I have always had issues with the windows in the flat, them being stuck when I moved in, mold, paint falling off etc. Now I would like to tackle the living room windows situation. They have not been opened for a few years (Don't ask) in the meantime the maintenance company also done painting from the outside so I believe they will be even more stuck as they would be already. Could someone have a look at them, so I am able to open them again please but carefully to not damage anything? In addition I would also like the windowsill and frame re-painted in white from inside. I had this done previously but it is coming off again. Please note that the window handles to open don't need to be replaced. Please offer total price for task plus painting/tool cost.

My suspended glass bathroom door has slipped down in it's bracket on one side. I need someone with experience to reset it. As the photos show there is only a small access space. This glass cannot be reset by tightening the nuts at top - I have already tried this.
