Looking for an experienced plumber or multi-trader to complete a 3-day plumbing upgrade. Labour only – you must bring all tools. Work Required (materials supplied): • Install 2–3 bar pump (22mm) and water softener with bypass • Create hard water loop for kitchen cold, RO filter, boiler feed, toilet cistern • Run soft water loop to bathroom only (22mm → 15mm) for shower + basin • Prepare bidet feeds in bathroom only: 15mm soft hot + soft cold, each isolated and capped (access panel provided). Do NOT run pipes into the toilet. Government contractor will replace the toilet and install the bidet later. Radiators (Day 1): • Replace 4× 160cm radiators, 2× small radiators, and 1× bathroom towel rail • Fit TRVs, clean MagnaClean, add inhibitor Bathroom/Kitchen (Day 2): • Install new shower system • Minor tile/vent fixes • Fit kitchen sink/tap if needed • Install RO system (hard cold feed) • Full system flush, refill, bleed, leak/pressure checks You must have: • Full plumbing tools • Experience with pumps, softeners, radiators, 22mm/15mm copper work

Few leakage and shower fixing

The tap is leaking at the bass of the faucet instead of coming out of the tap itself.

May need the toilet rodding or internal pipe rodding

The toilet is blocked and when trying to flush the water swells up

We need an old kitchen sink replaced with a new one... and an instant boiling water tap installed plus a new electrical unit under the sink for the tap. Plus some caulking around the kitchen
