I need someone to re-attach a toilet seat the bolts of which have come off the pan and need to be re-inserted and fixed. Furthermore, the shower handle bracket has become a bit loose and no longer stays in one place and needs to be tightened. Thirdly, the glass shower door needs to be addressed as it does not open or close easily because of a problem with the seal strip. Finally, one bathroom needs a new light. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 15 July 2023

Plumbing - toilet blockage AND air pressure issue

Once flushed the toilet the water collects in the bowl quite high up and then takes time to drain out - there seems to be a blockage. Have used a basic plunger which doesn’t seem to have done much unfortunately. Need someone to inspect the situation , bring all the plumbing tools to unblock the toilet. The second toilet which once flushed seems to cause some type of pressure within the bathtub drain causing some water to come up on that end. This toilet seems to be fine and there’s no blockage but there is this issue with flushing the toilet which causes some type of pressure in the bathtub pushing back whatever water is in that drain. You will have to pay for parking which I can reimburse you for.
