Find an experienced local plumber in Fulham

We have a leak clearly coming through from 2 different places in our boiler room. See pictures. We need to have the exact source identified (using dye tracing technique so we don't waste time and material) and a fix implemented. We have already applied mortar to the junction between front landing area and the street pavement, we also added mortar to the edges of the landing stones, but this did not stop the leak.

Had to remove u bend , have put back but is leak not sure if the seals have worn out or if I just can’t put on correctly

Studio flat has only 7 min of hot water, we would like to have continous hot water, or at least 20, 30 min. There is a 100 litres water tank and no boiler available.

fix 2 tabs that are slightly leaking fix the glue on one of the showerhead that has come slightly loose

Need a plumber to fix kitchen sink leak. Two potential problems 1. Seal is broken and needs replacing or 2. new waste pipe and trap entirely.

Need help to re-assemble a bed frame (the frame is the photo attached and we don’t have the manual anymore) and mount a curtain rod and install two toilet seats if possible.

Install hot and cold connections to 2 sinks and basins Connect a few remaining 100mm pipes. Pressure test and turn on water

Hot Water valve on silver box keeps closing and the thermostat does not seem to be communicating with boiler to get hot water flowing continuously (Megaflow) - we have had to use emergency switch to get hot water.

Shower tap very loose and doesn’t seem to catch, so shower only turns on and off intermittently

Investigate and repair water leak from bath trap.

Toilet seat has come loose from the hinge and needs screwing back on

Our shower doesn’t go cold when temperature is turned all the way down, just less hot. The cap on the sink tap also comes off when you pull it a certain angle.

I don’t have the tools to switch my rainfall shower head. I have the new one and some plumbing tape ready.

Leaking cistern and toilet water pipe

Toilet is kinda blocked. I can flush it fine probably about 2-3x in one day before the bowl fills to the top and stops flushing

Good evening. I have just moved into my flat in Parsons Green. I have been informed that my shower has a history of flooding into the downstairs neighbours. I have had in fixed when I rented it to tenants (I believe they just plastered over it), however my shower isn’t draining properly and I want to get it properly checked out and see if there’s an underlying issue.

The tube below the sink is leaking water and needs to be fixed.
