Kitchen plumber needed for small Reno job

Two sinks are linking Need fixing

I’m looking for someone to remove and dispose of the existing bathtub and install a new shower, including the required plumbing/pipework and replacing any missing tiles. I’ve attached pictures of the bathroom and an example of what I would like the finished shower to look like.

I’m looking for a highly experienced and qualified plumber (with solid tiling and making-good capability, or a team) to properly diagnose and resolve a persistent leak affecting a bathroom with three sinks. This is not a patch job. I need someone who can take a thorough, investigative approach and leave everything fully restored afterwards. Scope of Work: - Carefully remove approximately 3–4 rows of tiles beneath all three sinks to access pipework - Open and inspect all plumbing under the sinks - Identify and permanently fix the source of the leak - Check for any additional plumbing issues and resolve them as part of the job - If required, access plumbing from the adjacent bedroom by opening the wall - Make good any wall openings in the bedroom, including plastering and repainting to a clean finish - Re-tile all removed/damaged bathroom areas to match existing as closely as possible - Ensure all finishes are neat, aligned, and professionally completed Additional Bathroom Work: - Fully reseal the shower area - Remove all existing silicone from corners and edges - Apply new, clean silicone sealing to ensure a watertight finish Please note: - You must have proven experience in plumbing leak detection and repair - Strong tiling and finishing skills (or access to a team who does) - Clean, careful workmanship – this is a finished home, not a building site - Ability to diagnose properly, not just treat symptoms - All tools and materials supplied (unless otherwise agreed) When quoting, please include: - Labour cost breakdown - Estimated timeline - Confirmation of what materials are included - Examples of similar work (photos preferred) I’m looking for someone who will be doing the job properly the first time. Is presentable and organised.

We recently bought an old house and the tap was leaky (at the top, above the counter) so we bought a new tap. We have replaced the tap but in the process noticed that one of the connections before the stop valve is leaking. We have tried to tighten it but cant seem to get it right and to be honest looks a bit odd.. so thought i would post here in case anyone knows a quick solution/could fix it very quickly

Purchased a bidet sprayer from Amazon: https://amzn.eu/d/0zAb14a that i would like installed and fixed to the bathroom wall. I want the hose connected to the pipe feeding the toilet seat. Please see pictures of the toilet seat pipe, the space you have to work with and where I want the hose fitted to the wall (marked x) and where the pipe is (marked with an arrow). The pipe is located in a tight space as you can see from the picture, so you should have all the tools, and any additional parts such as tee needed for the install. I want this job done on Saturday around 1/2pm. Thanks
