Leakage around toilet bowl. Pipe from cistern to toilet is probably leaking too. Need to get a mixer tap installed in the sink.

Shower mixer tap needs replacement. I will providee the replacement items but not sure what internal plumbing items will be needed.

The cold feed from the mixer tap in the kitchen doesn't flow as it should. The other cold taps in the property work fine. The hot feed on the same mixer tap works fine.

I have just purchased brand new mixer taps for both my bath and and bathroom sink and I would like them fitted as soon as possible. I have attached pictures of the chrome taps that are in place now and the brand new fittings and instructions for them. I would like the chrome ones removed and the black ones fitted in their place. After a couple of guys messaged me to 'mansplain' that I had purchased the incorrect fitting for my bath, please see the instructions attached - the 'tails' are in the first image posted. Blocked toilet. I have tried to unblock but unsuccessfully.. my building team can only fix this in a week which isn’t convenient..

After holiday we just came back and when we flush the toilet there is leaking coming from underneath the toilet. Toilet is only leaking when being flushed.

Leak coming from flush pipe connection within wall. Flush pipe seal leaking within wall. Previous plumber tried to remove the wall hung toilet but was unable and realised toilet fixings are missing. Another similar toilet in property has rods which a wrench can be placed onto to loosen the fixings which hold the wall hung toilet to the wall. Toilet which is leaking has missing parts and therefore unable to remove toilet from wall with components of toilet missing.

So the toilet flush handle has been broke so we’ve been opening up the lid of the toilet and pulling up this hook connected to something which made it flush. The hook has now disconnected due to being pulled too hard and now we can’t flush the toilet
