A broken cupboard door to be applied

Hi I need two small holes under my kitchen cupboards sealed with wood eg plywood. Do you supply the wood? If not can you recommend where I can pick up the plywood to fill the gap. I'll send video and pictures. It's not a big gap and don't need a perfect job because it's under my cupboard. I just want it sealed.

I am looking for a carpenter who can build a cupboard (no door) in our kitchen wall (70x50 cm opening, please see photo). We looked into buying one from B&Q but it is two cm too tall, but perhaps it could be slightly shortened? We also have a few squeaking floorboards, that need some attention.
