I have a couple of internal doors that need fitting in. 6 doors, 3 downstairs and 3 upstairs.

Need new door to be installed

1. Shave to size and hang 1 x internal solid core door (no lock and no painting required but I may need help sourcing the right latch) 2. New cupboard (see picture) - shave to size and hang 1 x solid core door (no lock and no painting required. May need help sourcing latch) - replace top shelf with something sturdier - remove next shelf and replace with clothes rail (I will need help sources this) - pant interior white. - internal measurements roughly 37cm deep but 90cm wide 3. Assemble 1 x flat pack chest of drawers. Any materials I will pay for. I have sourced the doors, handles, hinges already.

We need 10 internal doors fitted with handles and hinges also installing

We need someone with carpentry skills to re hang a bathroom door that won’t close.

Three internal doors in the flat no longer close properly and will likely need adjusting and possibly trimming. I also have one internal door that currently swings inward which I would like changed to swing outward into the corridor. There is an existing door frame that currently holds the door and prevents it opening outward, so the frame may need to be adjusted or partially moved to allow this. In total, this is work on four internal doors.

The external and internal frame of our back door and front door need resealing along with some seal replacements on our windows.

I need someone to fit about five internal door handles for me. The doors already have the holes in place, and I’ll supply all the new handles. A couple of doors still have the old handles on them, so those will need taking off first. You’ll need to bring your own tools and any screws (including shorter ones if needed). Everything just needs to be fitted properly so the handles and latches work smoothly. Please make your offer a fixed price, including any small bits like screws or minor adjustments to the existing holes if needed. No extra charges on the day unless there’s a genuinely unexpected issue with a door, and anything like that would need to be discussed and agreed through the app before carrying on.
