Remove Rotten Wood: Carefully remove the rotten wood from the window frames. Prepare the Area: Clean the area thoroughly to remove any debris or old putty. Ensure the surface is dry and free of dust or grease. Apply Putty: Use a suitable putty to fill in any gaps or cracks. Mix the putty until it is uniform and apply it to the damaged area, shaping it to fit the window frame. Secure the Battens: If the battens need to be replaced, you can use epoxy putty to bond it back to the frame. Press the putty into the wall and frame, shaping it to recreate the form of the window. I need someone to help me secure an IKEA BRUSALI shoe storage unit to the wall. The wall is a the interior wall that I share with my neighbour. Hi, we have built two wardrobes but our floor is uneven and so they need to be fixed to the wall. EDIT - additional info. Our floors and walls are not level and so there’s a gap at the wall and when pushed back to the wall, a gap at the floor for one of the wardrobes. I’ve attached further images to explain this and welcome suggestions and how you would adjust it. Thanks.
