There is a visible gap around the door which has been problematic. A door brush has been installed but didn’t help. I need full insulation for noise and heat.

The cord on my two velux blinds has broken so the smooth opening and closing mechanism has been lost

Need a handyman for a few installation tasks: • Mount a 65" TV to the wall (bracket provided). The wall sounds hollow but is an exterior wall. • Install 5 faux-wood Venetian blinds (blinds provided). I attempted this but drilling above the window hits metal (likely lintel) so requires proper drill/tools. • Fill and sand three small drill holes I made previously (I will paint afterwards). • Install an IKEA ceiling curtain track above a sliding door (tracks provided). Free parking outside property on weekends.

Following up on my previous message, I’d like to provide more details about the jobs: 1. Garden Wall & Fence (Security Focus) The garden wall faces the street, so I’d like to increase the height slightly for better security. I’m not particular about the materials used—whatever works best. Some parts of the topper have come off. Where there are existing plants/wood, I’m happy for you to tie them together or reinforce them to act as a barrier. I specifically need the area above the left-hand door and the sections where the topper is completely missing to be strengthened in some way. I want to minimise the cost if its possible. 2. Wardrobe/Chest of Drawers Regarding the warped unit, if you feel it’s not worth repairing, I have another wardrobe in a different room I can use instead. In that case, could you help me move the other wardrobe to the room and break down the old one into smaller pieces so I can dispose of it easily? old seat needs replacing (screw is rusty), need to replace with new seat that will be provided

Install 2 x blinds - photos attached. One in each bedroom

Venetian bling 150cm wide and 210 cm long. There are 3 vertical strings threaded through blinds and one set have broken. The string to pull up and down is broken. Needs doing asap because can't get into garden.

Install a 3m curtain track on plasterboard ceiling

Replace 3 blinds. Material is available.

Need small bathroom cupboard to be on the wall and blind window to get fixed. Cord is broken

Dog chewed out the corner of the wall. Will need repainting and filling

I need a video ring door bell installed.

Seals and tiles will be provided. Shower seals need to be replaced so water doesn’t come out. Shower door not closing so needs to be reset so it closes properly. Some mould outside shower which will require some re-tiling and cleaning up.

When i put in a video tape in the slot, the tape ejects

Garden wall repair - needs new grout/pointing to re-stack two large (heavy) pieces that were knocked over by vandals. Just two levels of pointing needed. See photos.
