One won't stay open (probably the mechanism) the other can't open all the say (cord too short). Don't have images sorry. I would like to meet someone at the property to see the problem and the arrange the blinds to be fixed another day. I'm not expecting they be fixed on the spot. I would like to be told the cost. I have put £5 in the next stage as I have to put something. It is not my expectation that it will cost £5 to fix the blinds.
