an old council block tower and require a shower to be installed over the existing bath. The taps on the bath are not mixers and are extremely old (single hot, single cold). We would like to have these changed to suit the shower installation as well as for standard tap usage. We have not yet purchased the materials for the shower installation and are interested in the costs associated with the fitting. We may also consider a redo of the walls (existing old cracked and falling tiles, peeling paint etc) We would like to add a splash back/bathroom wall panels instead of tiles. Flooring also needs redoing and will consider laminate or tiles. The room dims are 1.5m w x 4m l.
