Ring door bell installation

I am the landlord of a flat in Kilburn. My tenants tell me the wooden sliding door to the spare bedroom in the flat is often getting stuck or jammed. It does still open and close with a bit of coaxing, but they wonder if it could be looked at to make sure it remains smooth, and also so that, if there is a problem, it is not made any worse. Require removal of an existing bath tub shower screen. The screen is secured with screws at the ends and sealed to the wall with silicone sealant, a heat gun may be needed to soften the sealant for clean removal. After removal, install a new Frameless Sliding Bath Shower Screen and seal it neatly using the provided sealant (I will provide) to ensure a watertight finish. Looking for someone experienced with bathroom fittings who can handle the job carefully and leave a clean result.

This window used to have a child safety latch that limits how far it opens without pushing in a latch, but it no longer does. I want to fix that so it has a limit again.

Floor lamp doesnt seem to be working. It has always been rickety and seems like it wasn't put together properly. When we would it it turns off and is hard to get back on. We use a smart bulb usually so never touch the floor on/off button. Now it seems to have turned off permanently.

Hello there, 1. Mirror Hanging and Wall shelf installation. There is a mirror and a 6-layer wall shelf need to be installed on the wall. The installation position is close to the socket, so we would prefer someone experienced and who could carry a cable/pipe detector to help avoid damage to the cable. 2. Two broken wooden dining chairs The front legs of our dining chairs have broken off, so I am also looking for someone with experience in wood repair to reattach the legs and ensure they are stable for daily use. (It seems they were glued together but I’m not sure, so please see photos for reference). Tools and supplies: It will be great if you could bring tools and supplies as the mirror does not come with screws and dowels, and we are not very sure what would be needed for the chair repair.
