Hello, I'm looking to spend around £300. The doors may need trimming, and a new handle with a lock needs to be installed. all provided, of course. 5 bedroom door, 2 bathroom and toilet doors, and 1 living room door. all with locks and handles provided The locks need to be installed in the door.

This is for my tenants. Two roller blinds need screwing back into ceiling of bay window. Loose wall screws - need replacing. 4 numbers. I can share pictures. Base of cupboard drawer has come off - needs taping or sliding into slits.

We would supply materials, then it would need to be cut/fitted. It is approx 40.00lm (28 corners). Need to see if all the corners are needed (for example around the stairs). If you have experience in this, would love to hear from you! Any links to previous work welcome.

Need three screws & three plastic screw holders to reinstall electric window blinds

I need help with fixing the door of the shower, to hang a few pictures on the wall.

A standard toilet flushing panel built into the wall above the toilet has come off, and it need it fixed back on.

The awning has suddenly started to make a loud noise when unfolding or folding back

The curtain rail has fallen down and taken a small piece of the wall with it. The wall needs to be fixed/filled and then the curtain rail needs to be re-fitted. The same has happend with a picture hook so that small section of wall also needs to be filled.

The wardrobe to be fixed on the wall (Ikea Pax already builded). Cornice, plinth and End Panel to be fixed. The carpenter has to have the machine to cut the cornice in an angle.

I have very old metal window frames in my flat. They have rusted and recently, one of the levers for the window just snapped off, and a part of it has gone missing. It needs repairing. I've shown the broken one in an image and a functioning one to compare. Also, one of the other windows has a hinge that is about to snap so it would be good to repair this too. And another handle is quite wobbly.

Dunelm bay window, metal curtain rail that needs installing. A strong drill and ladder will be required as well tools to cut the rail to shorten it. Hisense to keeps on bootlooping

Remove leaking kitchen tap and install new one that has been purchased. Also, remove flaking paint from bathroom ceiling and repaint, approx 4-5 sq/m.

Install 2no wall lights, and 2no Switched Spurs (L/L) Chasing walls, install metal back boxes, back fill after wiring complete, ready for decorator to finish job.

I live on an estate in Kilburn Park and I just bought a camera doorbell but it needs 4 screws drilled into the door, unfortunately I have no drill so this is the task. Simple.
