Noise Levels: - Inside the mandir: 82–110 dB - Outside on the main road: 60–70 dB - Outside the emergency exit: 70–85 dB - In the lobby (just inside the front door): 80–90 dB Problem Areas: - The fire exit at the back left of the building has a double-glazed emergency door, but a lot of sound leaks from the edges. Pressing the door reduces the noise, so the seal may be poor. - The internal double doors between the lobby and the temple are part wood, part glazed. Sound in the lobby is still very high (80–90 dB). What we need: - An expert to assess and recommend solutions to reduce sound leakage, especially from the emergency exit and the internal double doors. - Possible solutions might include upgrading to acoustic double glazing, improving door seals, or replacing doors with better soundproofed options.
