Looking for a highly experienced floor fitter to install engineered wood flooring with a high-end finish in a 2-bed flat (approx. 50 sqm of flooring area). I want the skirting boards professionally removed and reinstalled after fitting (i.e. no beading/trim), with neat caulking and minor touch-ups for a seamless look. Key Scope: • Install ~50 sqm of engineered wood flooring (already purchased) • Floors will be levelled prior (levelling booked separately) • Remove and refit existing skirting boards • Neatly caulk and fill where needed after reinstallation • Install stair nosing (materials provided) • Fit one or two transition strips • Clean and professional finish required Flat details: • Located on the top floor • Skirting already painted • Floor area includes hallway, two bedrooms, and living room Extras: - Please confirm if minor touch-up paintwork is included or if I’ll need to arrange that separately - I will supply all materials (flooring, trims, stair nosing, etc.) Timing: Looking to carry out works in early August 2025.
