I'm the owner of a second floor flat in Stoke Newington. I have an issue with some discolouration and raising of wood flooring near a balcony area (see pictures). This seems to be caused by some kind of water ingress from the outside balcony, possibly due to defective seal on the door. I need to understand what is causing the problem and a cost effective fix. Should be an easy task - the plumber needs to access the manhole and didn’t want to remove the decking boards. Boards are plastic / composite and have the torx decking screw head which need to be removed in sequence. Once removed, leave it for a few days while the plumber addresses the issue in the manhole and then return to replace the boards. I need help repairing laminate flooring. Small area has had the colour lifted from the floor and id like this covered to match the rest of the floor. I also need a few windows resealed as my cats scratched the rubber.

Laminate flooring trims got damaged during striping wall paper with the steamer from the heat and water , I have some left over laminate flooring trims from previous work. I would like to replace the ones shown in the pictures. They were previously installed using small nails into the laminate flooring. So I am hoping you can do the same. I have two wooden floorboards which have had the corners broken off. The floorboards are removable and can be lifted out. I need someone to cut the corner sections of the floorboards to make a neat edge, then cut some offcuts to fit, so that the offcuts can be stained and glued into the corners.
