Install cork flooring at Caversham House, The budget is £300. Please provide your basis for the estimate. Rate/HR. This is for a single room. The room is perfect square of 3.9624 m×3.9624 m≈15.70 sq m. This is for click lock cork flooring with underlayment all provided. You are expected to have the necessary installation equipment. There will be no change orders.

I’m looking for an experienced floor sanding specialist to restore the timber floor in a small front room in my house in East London. The floor is engineered oak (I believe), and has surface scratches, scuff marks and some black marks from general wear. Before committing to the work, I’d like you to assess whether the floor has sufficient wear layer to be professionally sanded and refinished. If suitable, I’m looking for: * Light sanding of the existing floor * Filling any minor gaps if required * Professional finish with a durable matt lacquer or hardwax oil (happy to discuss the best option) * Leave the floor looking as close to new as possible The room is approximately 7.4 m² (around 2.3 m × 3.2 m).
