Hi I need someone to finish off laying a small section of my laminate flooring totally roughly 3/4 packs of laminate. Measurements of the floor to be laid is 168cm x 414cm, you will need your own cutting tool, appropriate mallet for laying laminate and a nail gun to nail in the beading once finished laying the laminate and fit a doorbar. I need someone who is confident and has laid many laminate flooring before to a very good standard. Will not be paying ridiculous prices so no point offering to take on the job for a high price, it really is a small section to do and should not take more than 2hours to someone experienced. The floor is engineered oak (I believe), and has surface scratches, scuff marks and some black marks from general wear. Before committing to the work, I’d like you to assess whether the floor has sufficient wear layer to be professionally sanded and refinished. If suitable, I’m looking for: * Light sanding of the existing floor * Filling any minor gaps if required * Professional finish with a durable matt lacquer or hardwax oil (happy to discuss the best option) * Leave the floor looking as close to new as possible The room is approximately 7.4 m² (around 2.3 m × 3.2 m).
