The flat is small, all rooms except the bathroom will have the new floor (see floor plan) I think an mdf layer will be needed to level everything and then the herringbone laid on top. It would be good to know how you charge eg day rate, if you have all the tools The job will likely be late January very early feb (once I order the materials). Happy to answer questions. Hi, I need help laying down and sealing sticky tiles in my passage way.

I’ve already purchased vinyl flooring and I’m looking for an experienced flooring installer to lay it in my bathroom and downstairs hallway. This is labour only. Vinyl is ready on site. Subfloor is in good condition, but please let me know if any prep work is required. Please bring your own tools. Happy to provide measurements or photos if needed.

We have just moved into a new flat and attempted easy click flooring. We have just ewalised we have started on the wrong side as and have admitted defeat! The flooring we bought is from B&Q and called GoodHome easy click flooring. We have put an underlay underneath so just need to flooring to be lifted up and put back down to size. Will buy extra boards to replace ones that will no doubt break when being lifted up. Room is about 10m2 Thank you!!

I need a tradesman to: • Secure existing wooden subfloor (screw down squeaky boards). • Lay 15mm Phonestar SBX acoustic boards (supplied), tape joints, and seal perimeter with acoustic sealant. • Lay 220mm wide engineered oak flooring (supplied), floating installation with glued tongue-and-groove (PVA) and expansion gap. • Fit wooden beading around perimeter (~14.3m). Room size: 4.44m × 2.73m (approx. 12m²). Materials: Flooring, SBX boards, tape, and sealant supplied. Beading to be supplied by tradesman. Location: Central London. Expected Labour Time: 1 day for a skilled installer. Please provide a quote for labour (and supply of beading).

The bedroom measures 13 metre squared. Underlay has already been laid, it is just the laminate wood flooring that needs to be laid.

Two main areas of kitchen counter are lovely Italian marble, for a kitchen installed 3 years ago. Has never been resealed since. There are various watermarks and stains that have formed, and maybe they can't be removed, but if you can polish any out and at least make sure we protect it better going forward that be so great...

To give an idea of the area I provide a plan, sanding and refinishing not needed in kitchen, toilet and master bedrooms. Materials or sanding machines not provided.
