We are due to have a garden studio installed next Wednesday. We previously had builders over to make some space in the garden for the studio, however the studio company has informed us that the space needs to be increased (from 3130mm x 2100mm to 4175mm to 3155mm). We need someone to help with widening the space, which will involve cutting through decking and removing some paving stones. The job will need to be completed by the end of Tuesday as the installation is going ahead on Wednesday.

We need a laminate floor installed in our living room (c4.5x3m), including the underlay and scotia. We currently have a carpet (pictured) there that needs to be taken up. There is a squeaky floorboard that will need reinforcing. We also need a mirror putting up, including taking the old one down. It needs to be screwed into an external wall (we dont have screws yet).

We have 2 squeaky floorboards - one in living room, one in bedroom. They are below carpet. We think the boards are wood and possibly from when the property was built in the 60s. They are both small in area. We think they need to be reinforced with a little wood.

Need insulation installed under suspended floor. I'm putting down new floors in my house, and before I do that, I want to insulate under the floor. I will supply insulation (but open to recommendations on what's suitable). Please let me know how you would approach this job, the insulation you recommend, the cost and the timing.
