I’m looking for an experienced flooring fitter or competent handyman to help me complete a DIY installation of Palio by Karndean luxury vinyl click flooring (Simple Plank). I’ve already laid a substantial section of the floor and am happy with the progress so far. I need help finishing the remaining areas, particularly around the kitchen units, fridge feet, end panels and doorway/thresholds. Scope of work: * Continue laying and click-locking the remaining vinyl planks. * Measure and cut planks neatly around the kitchen unit end panels and fixed fridge feet. * Make accurate cuts around doorways, edges and other obstacles. * Help with any awkward joints or cuts and ensure a neat finish. * Advise on any necessary minor subfloor preparation before laying the remaining planks. Hi I need someone to finish off laying a small section of my laminate flooring totally roughly 3/4 packs of laminate. Measurements of the floor to be laid is 168cm x 414cm, you will need your own cutting tool, appropriate mallet for laying laminate and a nail gun to nail in the beading once finished laying the laminate and fit a doorbar. I need someone who is confident and has laid many laminate flooring before to a very good standard. Will not be paying ridiculous prices so no point offering to take on the job for a high price, it really is a small section to do and should not take more than 2hours to someone experienced. Two main areas of kitchen counter are lovely Italian marble, for a kitchen installed 3 years ago. Has never been resealed since. There are various watermarks and stains that have formed, and maybe they can't be removed, but if you can polish any out and at least make sure we protect it better going forward that be so great...

I’m looking for an experienced floor sanding specialist to restore the timber floor in a small front room in my house in East London. The floor is engineered oak (I believe), and has surface scratches, scuff marks and some black marks from general wear. Before committing to the work, I’d like you to assess whether the floor has sufficient wear layer to be professionally sanded and refinished. If suitable, I’m looking for: * Light sanding of the existing floor * Filling any minor gaps if required * Professional finish with a durable matt lacquer or hardwax oil (happy to discuss the best option) * Leave the floor looking as close to new as possible The room is approximately 7.4 m² (around 2.3 m × 3.2 m).
