Scope of Work: • Modify the leading edge of the existing landing wood floorboards on two sides. • Carefully trim the floorboards back to allow for the installation of flush-mounted or low-profile stair nosing. • Securely install provided nosing and matching spare floorboards to create a clean, durable lip for the new carpet to butt against.
