I am revamping my hallway. The corridor is 1m x 6m. I have the roll floor vinyl to lay down. But please see pictures - the wood was floor underneath needs small repairs. I think plywood underpayment is required before we lay the floor vinyl. Please advise. Depending on how the floorboards are repairs, laying down the vinyl should be quick and straightforward. Hi, I am interested in a survey and quotation for sanding and finishing of 35 sqm of Wooden plank flooring in a house near Balham, across 4 first floor rooms with no stairs.
