I'm looking for an experienced electrician to install an outdoor double electrical socket. In addition, I also need a cable run for some outdoor planter lights at a later date. For the socket, power will need to be taken from indoors drilled through the wall which is about 1m away. An emergency plumber visited last week and gave this report. Please give me a quotation to carry out thsse works :) Called out to investigate issue with system not operating correctly. - Upon further investigation, found that the heating expansion vessel had failed, causing the system to discharge when topped up. - The failure is due to debris build-up within the heating system, corroding the inside workings of the expansion vessel. - Also found that the combination valve to the unvented cylinder has failed and is discharging through the tundish. - A new expansion vessel, new combination valve, and a powerflush will need to be carried out to get the system operational once again.

Three tasks. First two items, second two items and last one item. We have two bedrooms with a normal light switch we want to keep but also a pull switch separately in the room. We want the pull switch units taken out, the wires safely terminated and then the hole covered back up. We also have two bedside lights we want to replace the existing with new (we have purchased). We also have a floodlight/sensor (ring doorbell product) we would like installed at the back of our house on the wall. There is an existing light so assume can use the wires that come to that unit and replace.
