Car ac repair. The ac has been regased last week but now the car is showing the refrigerant is low, so I'm suspecting a leak. When the guys regased the car the run a leak test but said the ac is fine, which obviously is not.

Install electric cooker it is a new cooker

The light switch has a relay which needs to be taken out.

Awning fully extended, now unable to retract it. Electricity and remote working. It appears like the fabric has become loose at the wall unit and cannot wind up. Or perhaps the engine of the awning turns when extending the awning but does not work in the opposite direction when retracting it?

This is a list of things to do: - Wiring to get two lights in the corridor - Add a double socket in the corridor. Extra double socket for router to be kept inside cupboard - Add a double socket in the storage room - Toilet - install electrics to enable an electrical toilet seat. - Bathroom - switch instead of cable. Switch outside or inside for toilet/bathroom? - Remove the fan heater in the bathroom. Add electrical connection for towel rack behind the door. - Double socket in storage cupboard for washing machine. Should be around 5-6 ft high - Corridor side wall - lamp? - Four socket near the window in the office. Double socket behind the door. - Ceiling lighting for the office, bedroom and living room - Bedroom - new socket near the bed, convert two single existing sockets to double. We'll need to move sockets to be next to the bed. - Living room - Move the thermostat. Convert two existing to double. New socket (maybe 4) for where the desk will go. Remove old TV cable socket on the right of the window. Convert double socket to 4 on left of window. - Kitchen - one big rectangular led light, one chandelier above the kitchen dining bench - Light switches

The threadmill came on and went off immediately and cut of electricity in the gym.....so i had to go turn on the switch in the Fuse box.

There is a wire in the heated towel rail that goes inside the wall through hole. The hole is exposed and lacks a cover/cap. That needs to be fixed In the picture where you see two holes, I am talking about the smaller hole which has the wire going in. There are 2 such towel rails that need fixing
