I need a professional to fix a chimney cooker hood for me

We currently have an electric hob where one of the elements is broken. We have an induction hob to replace it with, but I think the new hob is slightly bigger, so our granite/marble worktop may need the hole expanding slightly as well

3 tasks in a Newbuild flat with plasterboard balls and electrical radiators and doorbell all linked to the main electrics: I have two small Applimo electric radiators attached to the wall in two rooms that I want removed and repositioned further along the same wall. Both radiator AND the socket boxes next to them need to be moved and the gaps left behind in the plasterboard walls filled and made good (for wall painting by me at a later date). There is also a doorbell behind the entrance door to the flat which needs to be repositioned half a metre to the right of where it currently is. The repositioning of all three items is so as to make way for other wall installations to be hung i.e. mirrors, shelves etc and the current positions of these items are 'in the way!' No painting is required but holes/gaps in the walls where items are removed need to be 'made good' ready for painting at a later stage. The specific tasks are: 1. Room A - removal and repositioning of electric radiator and socket boxes further along plasterboard wall, at the same height as it is currently is and holes made good. 2. Room B - removal and repositioning of electric radiator and socket boxes further along plasterboard wall, at the same height as it is currently is and holes made good. 3. Entrance hallway - removal and repositioning of small doorbell unit further along plasterboard wall, at the same height as it is currently is and holes made good. All three items are linked to/plugged into/attached to the mains power supply and circuit switch board in store room and need to be carefully removed and repositioned. Please study pictures. Key criteria are a good smooth finish when 'making good' gaps/holes in walls and excellent electrical skills! :-)

Fit kitchen extractor fan on top of cooker

We've been abandoned by our builder and as a result his subcontractor. We have about 15% of our second fix remaining plus require a new circuit board and certification for the electrics. Would be great to obtain some quotes. - Due date: Flexible

Check and repair wiring. it is blowing up and tripping the fuse. wiring in the kitchen cabinet under the boiler. The boiler is new, fitted only 1 year ago only socket circuit is tripping. the lights are working fine on the ground and first floors. The boiler, hob and oven and fridge and all electrcial appliances are disconnected but still blowing up and tripping 1 switch at the main box. - Due date: Before Monday, 17 April 2023

Need to replace the existing cooker hood extractor. I also want a dimmer installed where a normal switch is for the living room lights. Electrical knowledge is needed for the tasks - Due date: Before Thursday, 22 December 2022
