Hi, I want to replace an electrical cable and rose on a pendant light. We did manage to take off the existing rose but the wire is recessed into the ceiling so it was beyond our ability! Photos attached

I need an electrician, halogen bulbs have gone out

Smoke alarm battery needs changing. It’s on a high landing ceiling 3.3 metres tall and I don’t have a tall enough ladder. You will need to bring a long ladder, use a flat headed screwdriver (which I will provide) to remove the alarm from the ceiling, replace the battery (which I will provide) and then refit the alarm into place.

Whenever I turn on my bathroom light's, the fuse trips. I need an electrician to assess the issue and fix it. Parking is available in my building. Light fittings are fireproof lights.

The bathroom recessed lights are not working. Either all bulbs need replacing ( please supply) or something wrong with light pull and/ or other issue. Needs sorting please.

I have two old wall light fittings (see attached photo) that need to be removed and replaced. I have ordered two replacement fittings, which are due to arrive on Friday. Some of the sockets in my living room make an occasional noise, they all work but there is this sound which is like a short circuit sound that happens occasionally

Need spotlights replaced - 2 in bedroom, 2 in bathroom, and a total of 8 in living room / landing. New fittings may be needed. No ladder here. Will need new bulbs included in the service. I work from home most days so timings are flexible.
