I need someone to replace a ceiling electrical light

I'm looking for an experienced electrician to install an outdoor double electrical socket. In addition, I also need a cable run for some outdoor planter lights at a later date. For the socket, power will need to be taken from indoors drilled through the wall which is about 1m away. I have marked the socket location with a red arrow where it should be placed on the wall outside. This job would require someone to attend first to give an accurate quote for the job.
