2 triple (double & single) wardrobes to be fitted in bedroom

My new kitchen is all fitted. All I have left to do is put the cornice on top of the cupboards and I have a small piece of skirting left to do under the dishwasher. I have a big mitre pull down saw which should be all you need to do the job.

We have x6 rooms where we need the cornice cut 30cm on each side of room to allow for curtain track to sit in

2 pieces of a mitre have detached from the ceiling and need to be re-attached and made good. see the pictures. If the pieces cannot be used there is some spare gyproc that can be used. Each piece is approx 5".

Create a timber infill and fit above the cupboards to hide ducting. Finish with a matching cornice (existing is soft/polystrene material). Make good, seal, paint nicely. Supply all materials except paint. Images show current gap and a mock up of what I need.
