I need a new bed fixing up urgently

My bedroom door knob is stuck and no longer latches. Unsure whether it needs to be replaced (don’t think so!) but it definitely would need to be taken apart to be unstuck

We’ve recently moved into a flat and have two small repairs that need looking at: • Bedroom door is difficult to lock — the lock works, but the door seems to need to be pushed/pulled into the right position for it to lock, so it may just need adjusting/alignment. • One window won’t close properly and needs investigating/adjusting. Looking for someone experienced with door/window repairs who can diagnose and hopefully fix both in one visit. Budget is for labour and minor adjustments. Happy to pay separately for any replacement parts if required and agreed beforehand.
