Candy washing machine door latch broken. Need replacement

I need help fixing dishwasher. I was told it is not working. Don't know what is wrong with it, we tried to run it and it works and heats up the water as well but eventually it stops and shows the error message in the image.

My washing machine says E20 on it and all the water won’t drain

My Smeg BCC02 needs internal cleaning (lots of coffee residue build up). In addition it needs to be repaired / maintained: The coffee that comes out is very thin and the milk steamer not very powerful anymore.

Dishwasher stopped working consistently, sometimes after starting a program it just makes noises, no water pumping. Sometimes it works, but seems to be a clog. Feel free to reach out for any further questions you might have, thank you in advance!

About 10 minutes into a washing machine cycle, the machine fills up with water, but then stops and flashes an E10 error code. I am able to drain the machine and have cleaned the front filter, but when I tried again to do a hot wash cycle, it stopped after 10 mins again. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the drum, or the inlet hose.
