identified a leak to the toilet cistern which is causing a constant escape of water. Our equipment has also identified a leak to the bath overflow allowing a substantial escape of water with the bath or shower in use. Our engineer calculated an approximate water loss of 1ltr an hour within flat , constantly occurring until the toilet cistern is replaced. I would also like to ensure the mould is removed thats been created from the Cistern leakage as well as areas dried.

The toilet flush fills very slowly and one of the tap has low flow for hot water. Two electric sockets don't seem to work. I'm looking to hire someone qualified who can do both these jobs.
