Need to replace kitchen sink mixer tape.

Hi, I have a bath mixer tap with a shower riser. The shower riser has come off and the top outlet of the mixer is now open. The mixer is leaking and water is dribbling constantly. I believe the diverter or the mixer itself needs repairing or replacing. Please let me know your availability and an estimated cost. Thanks.

Mixer tap in kitchen to be replaced, I'd have a go myself by it's a very hard to each place and I don't want to mess things up. It's under a Belfast sink that has a wooden thing underneath to support the sink, so it's a tricky one to get to. Entry is through the small cupboard under the sink about 60cm wide and 50cm high. So it's a snug fit.

Pretty basic job, to remove an existing (wobbly and past it's best) tall mixer kitchen sink tap and replace it with a new one.

Looking to replace the mixer tap for the basin with a new and similar one. The existing tap is faulty and is not working ok.

Plumber needed. We’re preparing the walls to reinstall two new radiators. Pipes are already in place same distance but need new valves to match white colour of radiators. We’re installing radiators like those in the picture. The wall will be repaired when you come to install. On top of that we want to replace the mixer tap in the bathtub. We provide radiators and mixer tap of course.

We have aqualisa mixer tap in bathroom. The control knob has stopped working as we closed it too hard. Now it’s just rotating without turning on the water. We will buy the parts as you suggest.

Burlington Shower which is leaking through the hot water entry point. Have tried using PFTE paste, but seems to be coming from behind the thread. Leak is making a hissing sound and is less strong when hot water is turned on elsewhere.

We have a shower that is leaking. We are unsure of the cause. It is possible that the grout and seals need redoing as a starting point. And if if still leaks after this the root cause will need to be investigated.

Shower tray waste pipe from upstairs ensuite has leaked into lounge. Small inspection hole has been made. Pipe work / joints needs repair / replacement. Easiest access to pipe work will be through lounge ceiling, so that will need to be made good post pipe work repair.

The waste pipe of my toilet keeps leaking because the toilet does not seem to be securely fixed to the ground. I need the toilet and the waste pipe to be securely fixed so it does not move when its sat on which I believe is causing the leak.

Toilet seat come off and broken at joint. It’s not a normal toilet in the sense that you have to access it from the back (as we understand it) rather than just screw it on. Have replacement toilet seat to replace broken one

This issue came before got it fixed and now its started again, i put tissue and flushed my toilet & now when i flush the water from the toilet comes out from the shower and its disgusting

Blocked toilet, slowly draining

toilet has been clogged with toilet paper - toilet paper has gone down and toilet water is flushing down very slowly but still cannnot be used properly. Tried using a plunger, caustic powder and hot water but still hasn't worked.

The toilet is blocked and needs unblocking, today please, ideally before 13:00. I suppose the price is negotiable due to the urgent nature of the matter. The bowl is filling up with the flushed water and going down very very slowly-minimum 30 minutes until the water level lowers again. We believe the problem to be too many tissues were flushed at once. Please also note, the job may require you to bring an extra large plunger as the relatively large one I have doesnt quite cover the mouth of the bowl.
