Small amount of water coming through the light in the flat below under our bathroom, directly below our bath with built in shower. Image attached of the leak coming through the neighbours light. We had someone come around previously and reseal the area around the bath, as we believed that was the issue but the leak has since returned so wanted to check if there is anything else going on!

Checking a plumbing job under bath tub. Potential leak which might involve removal of tiled panel.

I need a small plumbing task completed. The old shower hose adaptor appears to be stuck inside the outlet of my shower mixer tap. I cannot remove the insert myself and need someone with the right tools to carefully remove it. Once removed, I would like a new standard 1/2 inch BSP shower hose installed and tested to make sure there are no leaks. What may be required: • Remove stuck adaptor/insert from shower mixer outlet • Install new shower hose • Ensure proper seal and check for leaks The job should be fairly quick for someone experienced with plumbing fittings.
