Need to change a grill on entrance door and fix a roman blind in my son’s room.

I am about to order some fabric for some Roman blinds. I want someone to come over, Mae them black out and fit the blinds. Don’t know if you need to be here for the whole thing - I can give measurements.

I need made to measure roller Roman Blinds installed (simple drill into ceiling infront of bedroom window - see picture with old ones up which have now been taken down. And then some pictures put up in the living room (so again just need someone with a drill. V.speedy job

I already have one blind (recess) installed that sits within the window frame. I would like to install a Roman blackout blind (exact size) that will need to be fixed on top and in front of the already installed blind (please see the photo). There is enough space left between the window and the ceiling.
