I need an armoured cable fitting to my consumer unit, through the wall cavity and out of the house to the outdoor studio at the end of my garden, roughly 12metres. Then installing to the studio consumer unit, and you would need to certify the electrics inside the studio.

Finding it hard to get the current toilet fixings off the toilet and would like someone to take it off and replace with new toilet seat.

The existing caulk has cracked and pulled away where the interior wooden window sill meets the wall and along the joint between the sill and window frame. Please remove the loose caulk, check that the area is dry and sound, and neatly reseal both joints with paintable decorators’ caulk. If any wood is damaged or missing, please repair that separately with suitable wood filler before finishing. Let me know if you find damp or rot rather than sealing over it. Please supply your own premium white paintable caulk/sealant. Work needs to be done across 5 windows.

I live in rented property so cannot damage existing windows, need to be removable. Sound of traffic is very loud so need an acoustic window fitted/ something similar

The door handle for my bathroom is loose and doesn’t catch so gets jammed when shut. I need someone to fix this. Also, one of the screws for the stairs bannister has become loose and so needs tightening / fixing.

We have a velux window blind that needs fitting to the window. However it's high up - we have steps, but don't feel comfortable doing it. It needs screwing into the window frame. We have all the kit - drill, countersunk screws - it's just beyond my confidence.

I am not quite clear how these have come loose. The blinds fell off this morning when I was opening them. There doesn’t seem to be anything clearly attaching it so am not sure how it can be reattached.

Installation of a new bath screen in bathroom to the tiled wall, replacing an old one

Looking for someone to repair a small chip/dent in an interior wall caused while moving furniture (see photo). The area is very small and needs to be filled/smoothed and touched up with matching paint so it blends into the existing wall ahead of an end-of-tenancy handover. I don’t have the original wall paint, so ideally looking for someone who can advise on/match the existing off-white colour and bring the materials needed. Please let me know if you’re able to do this and whether the repair can be completed in one visit.

I have two blinds that need removing in the kitchen and bathroom - I think this is quite straightforward. Then need to install two new blinds (with different fittings), which may need to be cut to size to fit in window recess. I also need a bathroom mirror hanging which may require drilling into tile/grout area.

Reattach eattach loose toilet seat – fixings may need tightening/replacing

I have a plain white door in our hallway. I want it replaced with a new door - this new door has glass panels in it so we can see through into the other room. Pictures attached. I have purchased the new door with handles and hinges. The new door also needs to be painted.
