Find a professional local handyman in Tooting

Looking for someone to repair a small chip/dent in an interior wall caused while moving furniture (see photo). The area is very small and needs to be filled/smoothed and touched up with matching paint so it blends into the existing wall ahead of an end-of-tenancy handover. I don’t have the original wall paint, so ideally looking for someone who can advise on/match the existing off-white colour and bring the materials needed. Please let me know if you’re able to do this and whether the repair can be completed in one visit.

I have two blinds that need removing in the kitchen and bathroom - I think this is quite straightforward. Then need to install two new blinds (with different fittings), which may need to be cut to size to fit in window recess. I also need a bathroom mirror hanging which may require drilling into tile/grout area.

My kitchen macerator has stopped working. My loo seat has come loose. Both require fixing.

When writing your quote please itemise it under the following headings: -Access and protection Access equipment, dust sheeting and protection of the room and its contents (the property is occupied and furnished). -Stain-blocking and redecoration Preparation of the affected ceiling, application of a stain-blocking primer (please specify the product proposed) and finishing coats of emulsion. -Plasterboard replacement — provisional Should any sections of plasterboard be found saturated, blown or otherwise beyond drying out, please price for cutting out and replacing those sections, skimming and making good ready for decoration. -Caulking to wall / ceiling junction Raking out and applying flexible caulk to the cracks at the wall and ceiling junction, made good and overpainted. -Waste removal and making good Removal of all waste and leaving the room clean and usable. Reattach eattach loose toilet seat – fixings may need tightening/replacing

I have a plain white door in our hallway. I want it replaced with a new door - this new door has glass panels in it so we can see through into the other room. Pictures attached. I have purchased the new door with handles and hinges. The new door also needs to be painted.

To fix or replace 3 headrail 89 pair vertical blinds 154cm width .And to hang back the existing drops meterial on the headrail.

Putting blinds- odd house bits

I have two ikea book shelves that need to be installed on a wall. The wall is load bearing so needs a strong drill bit to make holes and screw in the book shelves

I need someone with a rivot gun who can fix some screws on top and make this door close.

Fix door, bottom right not shutting hinges are somewhat difficult to get purchase on due to being screwed too much

Need a toilet seat to be tightened

The door is too tall will need shaving down but I don’t have any tools to do this. The internal door in my living room is really old just want this replacing
