I’d guess 1–2 hours. Please tell me how you’d approach the old sealant removal, since a bad prep job is what caused this in the first place.

The bottom part of the window frame has broken and is no longer attached to the window. It's wooden and may have rotted.

I have a Sage Barista Express Pro. The steam wand has stopped working. When I try to steam nothing comes out the wand and then after a few seconds / when I turn the wand off steam comes out the base of the machine.
