Ceiling hung blind has fallen down and needs re fixing with raw plugs

My Samsung tv is stuck changing colours from black to white to red green and blue and it’s stuck in that loop. The tv remote doesn’t work on the tv although it can turn the tv off but it can’t do anything else. It’s been stuck like this for two days and we’ve tried holding the power button to reset it and turning it off but it doesn’t work. So I think it’s a fault in the main board.
