Fit four internal doors. One has glass panels the other three are all wood.

1) install 2 child stair gates using adapters for newel posts at the end of bannisters on our landing; 2) fix 2 internal loose door handles/locks; 3) sand and repaint front door of the house; and 4) fix bookcase to wall for safety reasons

I'm looking for a help to replace a latch for the inner door, and adjust/tighten a door handle on another inner door that has become a bit loose. I don't have the replacement latch.
