I have 3x internal wooden doors that do not latch and close properly. These doors do not have locks on them so it should be a simple fix of potentially replacing with longer screws in the hinges etc. Please give a quote for labour only including how long you think it will take.

Internal Door Repair – 2 Doors I need someone to repair two internal doors. The door handles on both doors are not operating the latch properly — the part that goes in and out of the door frame doesn’t seem to be working when the handle is turned. Both doors are the same style, and they may need the existing handle/latch mechanisms repaired or replaced. I need all 6 internal doors replaced. I will provide the painted MDF replacement doors, handles, hinges and latches. I have not ordered them yet and will confirm with you before I do so. I will get as similar a size as possible but some resizing with the right tools may be needed. Most important for me is someone who has a history of high quality workmanship. The photo attached shows the corridor, with all 6 doorways visible. The doors are all of the same kind as the door in the foreground.

A small job for an experienced carpenter/joiner to hang a new internal door. The door has already been planed to size and fits the opening, so won’t need any resizing or trimming. I just need someone to: * Fit and recess the hinges into the door and frame. * Hang the door so it is straight, flush and operates smoothly with even gaps. * Fit a pull handle to the door (pull handle only – no latch or lock mechanism). The frame is already in place, and the door is ready to be hung. I’ve attached a photo of the opening. Tools: * I have tools available, including a planer and chisels. * Ideally, you’ll bring your own professional tools. Parking: * I’ll cover the cost of parking. Looking for: * Someone with experience hanging internal doors. * Attention to detail – I’d like the door aligned properly with clean hinge recesses and a good finish. Need someone to pick up and dispose of an internal door. Is currently outside our house in our carport. Has glass in door and this makes the door heavy. Do not now the weight of this door. Please see picture attached.

Hi all! I have a door, unsure wether it is the right size so will need to maybe be cut down. I have hinges and the handle needed.

Job is to swap back and re-hang the internal doors replacing the current fire doors. Including opening up a stud wall and putting double doors in the dining room. The doors are labelled as to which one goes in each room, so they should fit okay. These are the old doors originally present. So each of the doors will need to be re-fitted and all the doorways made good. Just as a note, some of the doorstops may need to be changed. With a few holes being filled where the door closers were. I would expect a job to take two days for someone that knows what they’re doing. Price is for labour happy to pay for any materials required.
