Bathroom door needs replacing. The new door height is 198cm and needs to be sawed down to 190cm. It also needs a the door handle putting on.

We had our door handle to our kitchen come loose due to a few missing screws, we need someone to come help us reattach a new one (or the old one with some new screws). We are looking for someone who can do the install, and either bring some of the missing screws or a new handle to install (there is a hardware store a 5m walk away if needed). We bought a new handle but it appears to be for the wrong door width (our door is standard at around 33mm). We will cover the cost of anything that needs to be purchased.

The master bathroom, I need the existing shower screening to be removed and a new shower door I've bought to be installed. The decking panel underneath my shower in the master bathroom appears to be weakening due to exposure to water from the shower itself. I would like the wooden panel replaced with a plastic substitute. I have measurements I can provide.

My previous door lock was broken and I can’t get the previous door lock anymore because I didn’t like it. I need another door lock that will fit the same size as this size of the hole in the door or if there’s another way that can be figured out to add a door lock without changing the door.

I require the following jobs done at a terrace house in Peckham Rye: 1. Front door: replace the existing main door dead/mortice lock with a lock that can be opened from the inside without use of a key, i.e. thumb turn. Ideally, please provide 1 key per tenant, plus 1 spare for the agent = total of 5 keys. If you cannot do this, please let me know how many keys you can provide and I will arrange with the tenants to organise additional copies. 2. Bedrooms: neatly fill all bedroom door keyholes with a solid filler to ensure that the locks are rendered permanently inoperable. There are 3 bedrooms but I don't recall if they all have keyholes, there might just be two. 3. Bathrooms: remove the latches on the upstairs and downstairs bathroom doors and add a privacy lock which can be operated by thumb-turn mechanism alone. There are 2 bathrooms with one door each. I have photos of some but not all the doors in question (apologies for the poor quality one, this is a screenshot from a video I took of the middle bedroom).
