The flat is small, all rooms except the bathroom will have the new floor (see floor plan) I think an mdf layer will be needed to level everything and then the herringbone laid on top. The bedroom measures 13 metre squared. Underlay has already been laid, it is just the laminate wood flooring that needs to be laid.
