Hello, I am looking for some advice on what material / part to purchase and then to install a new flooring trim by my french doors (see photos). I'm unclear what I need to buy to replace the trim and would ideally like it to be waterproof. I'm also unsure whether the seal needs replacing.

I’m looking for an experienced sheet vinyl installer to finish a parquet‑effect vinyl job I started… and then utterly messed up during the stencil cutting stage. I have managed to save most of it but, rather than make a bigger mess, I’d like a pro to finish. What needs doing: - Lay a 1.3m x 0.5 section of sheet vinyl and double cut with current edge and match pattern. - Fix 3 small areas where pieces need double cutting and matching. Looking for: Someone confident with sheet vinyl, double‑cut seams, and pattern matching — especially parquet designs. I have loads of offcuts that easily cover required area with needed pattern.

I’m looking for a handyman to complete a few small flooring finishing jobs. • Replace the metal threshold strip between the hallway laminate and the entrance area. • Replace one section of edge trim/scotia along the living room wall where the laminate meets the skirting board. • Remove the existing entrance matting and install new coir matting in the recessed doorway area. The flooring itself is already installed — this job is mainly removing the old pieces and fitting the new trims/matting neatly so the edges are finished properly.

The planks/tiles can be cut with a Stanley knife (hook or straight blade).  Follow the instructions on the adhesive, you need a A2 Trowel you need the trowel at 60 degrees, apply a thin layer, butt each tile up to the others Use a P131 primer over the plyboard and when dry use FBall F48 adhesive to adhere the planks. The PawSafe domestic flooring needs to be laid into wet acrylic adhesive.  Do not let the adhesive go tacky.

Complete the herringbone SPC flooring to a high standard and reinstall the skirting over the finished floor for a seamless appearance.
