Need to replace laminate with LVT flooring with black borders as shown in picture across hallway and kitchen

Good morning, I would like to lay wooden floors in my living room and 2 other bedrooms upstairs. I will provide the wood floor. It is solid oak wooden floor 18mm deep and 150mm wide wood planks (of various sizes). The wood floor needs to be installed via secret nailing method to the subfloor. The subfloor is more likely made of plywood. The size of the rooms are approximately - Living room = 16m2 - Bedroom = 8m2 - Bedroom 2 = 9.6m2. So what needs to be done is to lift the carpet, prepare the subfloor, remove skirting boards, install the wood floor, refit the skirting board. I will dispose of the carpet myself.

I need vinyl sheet flooring laid in my son’s bedroom. I already have the vinyl sheet and floor adhesive. Some large furniture cannot be moved out, so the vinyl will need to be cut and fitted neatly around it. Please bring the tools needed (knife, straight edge, etc.) and make sure the flooring is laid flat and tidy.

I have a 200cmx200cm (2mx2m) bedroom. I have bought the floor planks which are lock and groove method. I need quality floor installation. Preferably someone with a tool to cut planks to fit around objects such as radiator poll and part of the wall that comes out by 30cm.

The laminate flooring is going on top of real wood. Which it is doable and absolutely okay too lol. I’m not able to put measurements here as it contains numbers. But it’s for a small living room and 2 short corridors. Thanks
