My front room needs new flooring and I have the laminates but I need them laid down I also would like my stairs/hallway done but at a later date

New flooring to be installed, old laminate to be removed. Subfloor requires inspecting to ensure proper installation. Approx 60sqm across 2 Bed property. Must have previous experience with herringbone / click LVT installations. Have proper tools such as a vinyl cutter or mitre saw, tapping block, spacers, measuring tools, and a laser or chalk line for accurate layout. Prepared to level the subfloor, although may not be required as we don’t know given old flooring is still down. Then fit underlay correctly, and trim new boards to neatly fit under existing skirting boards. Summary: 1. Remove old flooring. 2. Check subfloor is level. If additional levelling is required we can agree an additional fee for this work. 3. Install new underlay. 4. Install new 4mm LVT in herringbone formation. 5. LVT to be fitted neatly under existing skirting boards. No beading. 6. Sand stairs (has been varnished previously). Prep for painting. No painting required. 7. Fit LVT to staircase landing sections 8. Finish work to a high standard. 9. Ideally, dispose of all rubbish. If disposal adds substantially to the cost please let me know and quote excluding disposal. 10. Leave clean and tidy. Property in Wood Green, N22. Free parking outside property. Removal and disposal of old laminate flooring 3. Fit underlay and new laminate flooring in 4 rooms listed above 4. Shave down/adjust bottom of doors accordingly From the floorplan attached, I estimate it will be max. 51.8m2 of 58.5m2 of entire flat. This is the original minus kitchen. I will order materials once I have the exact measurements from point 1. I would like to get some laminate flooring laid

Lay carpet in 1 bedroom flat (living room & bedroom ) not big spaces and currently has down laminate floor boards Also lay laminate in kitchen (reusing the ones from other areas in the house) Living room is clear and furnisher free but bedroom has chest of draws and bed

The laminate flooring is going on top of real wood. Which it is doable and absolutely okay too lol. I’m not able to put measurements here as it contains numbers. But it’s for a small living room and 2 short corridors. Thanks

I need a tradesman to: • Secure existing wooden subfloor (screw down squeaky boards). • Lay 15mm Phonestar SBX acoustic boards (supplied), tape joints, and seal perimeter with acoustic sealant. • Lay 220mm wide engineered oak flooring (supplied), floating installation with glued tongue-and-groove (PVA) and expansion gap. • Fit wooden beading around perimeter (~14.3m). Room size: 4.44m × 2.73m (approx. 12m²). Materials: Flooring, SBX boards, tape, and sealant supplied. Beading to be supplied by tradesman. Location: Central London. Two main areas of kitchen counter are lovely Italian marble, for a kitchen installed 3 years ago. Has never been resealed since. There are various watermarks and stains that have formed, and maybe they can't be removed, but if you can polish any out and at least make sure we protect it better going forward that be so great...
