Need help with metal colorbond roof reinstallation. Membrane was installed incorrectly. Need to remove the roof, replace membrane class 2 with class 4, then place the roof back. Also need to install fascia on 1 side, barge capping - all sides and 1 gutter and pipe. Roof size: 350cmx 210cm All materials will be provided. Tools are available, but feel free to bring your own. I’m looking to have someone repair and re-render a small facade which is approximately 3000mm high by 5500 mm wide. Note that part of the facade is already painted and the area across the top to the garage door is marine ply. I have a few length of corner bead on site.
