I have purchased the Otti oak laundry cabinet, countertop, sink and associated hardware. Need a tradesman to help install. Current sink will need to be removed and any plumbing that may be required also. I would also like advice on a sliding door while doing the job. The mirror uses a French cleat hanging system (wall cleat + mirror cleat). My salon ceiling has water damage and a small section around a downlight that has cracked. The ceiling will likely need the damaged plasterboard cut out, replaced, patched and made ready for painting. Photos attached. Ideally someone who has experience with ceiling repairs and downlights. The leak has already been resolved but the ceiling now needs repair. Location: Paddington. Please quote including materials if possible. We have the paint available on site.

I need to mount a base for an indoor clothesline, but the area where it needs to mounted has been patched before and isn't strong enough to hold it. I need a new piece of plasterboard about 300mm x 300mm to be inserted with some internal backing to serve as an anchor. Unfortunately are no internal studs in the area around where this is going to be mounted.
