Hi Gyprockers, Owner builder here, we've succesfully used a team over the past 12 months who have been great, they've rolled into a larger project and we're coming back to market for help. We have a basement wall that needs sheeting and setting, been paying 70/hr + materials (dont have pics with me) + AT fee

It’s only one power point (left) out of the two that’s not working. The rocker switch for that one has been a bit dodgy/floppy (no click when switching from on/off) since we moved in, but it worked fine. Until now. Photo of the switch we need is attached, although we are happy to purchase this ourselves online unless you already have one. Note: there is a light switch in the middle that is in use so it needs this switch

We need 11 downlight holes gyprocked. The existing gyprock seems quite thick.

A custom pre measured curtain rail from “5 minute blinds” needs to be fitted to the ceiling. It’s one 6m rail and requires 14 brackets to fix it in place. The ceiling is plasterboard and in some areas it seems hollow and others a thin metal layer. The measurements for the brackets have been marked we just need the rail to be hung using Super Wall Mate which we have purchased or another proposed method.

Repair a plasterboard hole in ceiling. Location is Bondi Junction. Hole is roughly 4000 x 500. Preference is to have this completed by Sunday.

Re-gyprock and paint ceiling at Coogee. Please see photos attatched. Need to colour match when painting ceiling. Need done asap

we have had a leak repaired and now need the Gyprock sheeting repaired. It is around a window and need clean finishing of the gyprock against the glass. The gyprock needs aligning as the concrete does not line up so a beam needs to be added for the clean look as before. I will attach the original photos of when the place was built and how it should look finished. the length is approximately 7 meters long and 2 meters high and the window is 50cm high and 3 meters long Ideally we want this done before the end of the year and we are flexible with dates or working (you can come weekends as well)
