Would like to discuss options for the bulk head beam over the sink area which requires replastering. We have an awning installed and need it powered (240v). We need it to be concealed rather than having external conduit. There are several options to run a circuit. Additionally, separately quoted, we'd like our TV to have a concealed powerpoint. Additionally, separately quoted, we'd like to have a run of fibre optic cable from the TV area fished to the second storey attic area on the opposite side of the house. There's an existing 100mbps cat5 cable between these locations that maybe can be used to fish pull through. Will need to produce electrical licence.

Need 3 attic openings fully covered over, plus a small hole in the wall. Needing 2 identical openings plastered over (2330x920). Plus, another opening (1340x1400). Maybe needing stud walls? Not sure what the best way to go about it would be. Also one small 20x20 patch work needed over a hole on the wall. Opening to the attic is around 100x100 to fit material, equipment and tools through which I can help with. A ladder runs to the upstairs. Space will be cleared out before work is carried out.

My salon ceiling has water damage and a small section around a downlight that has cracked. The ceiling will likely need the damaged plasterboard cut out, replaced, patched and made ready for painting. Photos attached. Ideally someone who has experience with ceiling repairs and downlights. I need to mount a base for an indoor clothesline, but the area where it needs to mounted has been patched before and isn't strong enough to hold it. I need a new piece of plasterboard about 300mm x 300mm to be inserted with some internal backing to serve as an anchor. Unfortunately are no internal studs in the area around where this is going to be mounted.

My roller blind was mounted to a timber plank, and the plank has pulled out of the concrete ceiling near the window. The blind and timber came down together. Needs someone to: • Inspect concrete ceiling and existing holes • Install proper masonry anchors / dynabolts into concrete • Secure a new timber batten or brackets correctly • Re-mount the blind safely so it won’t fall again • Patch/fill old holes and tidy finish • Check small gap/draft near window Photos attached.
