Plastering ceiling repair for kitchen and living area. it's mainly covering the wholes and corners of the ceiling in a house renovation.

I need a handyman or plasterer to repair a hole in an internal plaster wall. The plasterboard is damaged and partially broken through, with loose material around the edges. The job will involve patching the hole, smoothing the surface, and painting the spot. Size roughly 40x20 cm

I got my window replacement, left the area exposed to original brick wall. Looking for render and paint over. Original paint still available but not sure still can be use due to the date.

18 month old external stairs. Timber balustrade and timber handrail require sanding and re-staining. Main set of stairs going up 1 storey (see photos) plus a second small 3 step stairs outside laundry. The main set of stairs face the sun and timber sustained a lot more wear and tear.
