The single power point outlet in my laundry room of my apartment (1970’s build) has broken. Looking for a licensed electrician to replace the single outlet (labeled 3 in the image) with a like for like replacement. Power to the outlet can be isolated via the switchboard in my apartment (also pictured). Job is in Morang Road, Hawthorn.

I’m looking for an experienced renderer to render the new blueboard section so it matches the existing rendered finish and colour (Paperbark) as closely as possible. I’m looking for a professional to measure and quote for custom internal aluminium flyscreens for multiple awning windows in my home. Some windows are in the kitchen and bathrooms and have internal winder handles, so flyscreens will require custom cut-outs.
