Looking for a NSW-licensed electrician to install two new double power points in our apartment in Rose Bay. The walls are concrete, so we’d like the new power points surface mounted, with any visible cabling neatly enclosed in white ducting/trunking rather than cutting into or chasing the walls. The new outlets will be located as shown on the attached annotated floor plan, with an existing power point nearby. The approximate distance from the existing point to the new locations is 4–5 metres. Looking for the job to include supply and installation of the two standard white double power points, any required cabling, mounting blocks, ducting and other materials, along with testing and the relevant compliance certification. Please only make an offer if you hold a current NSW electrical licence.

Hi. I’ve got two built-in wardrobes in my apartment that I’d like painted in a modern grey / blue, and I’m after someone who takes pride in a clean, lasting finish. The job is for painting two full wardrobes (one in each room) including doors, door frames and wardrobe frames. The wardrobes have sliding doors and aluminium frames, so they’ll need proper prep to hold the paint well, a good clean, sand, and the right primer for the surface rather than just a coat straight over the top and likely different paint for the edges to the front of the doors. The frames may need to be removed as well to get this done properly which I’m ok with. I care more about it being done properly than done fast, so I’m happy to work in with whatever time that takes and pay accordingly for the right person. I’ve attached a photo of the rough colour I’m going for so you can see the kind of blue I mean, but I’d be open to suggestions.
