Scope of Work: • Floor Tile Removal: Strip existing floor tiles from one (1) laundry room and one (1) separate toilet. • Demolition & Prep: Remove existing wall linings/drywall in the laundry room, and remove the slide door • Drywall Installation: Re-sheet the laundry room with water-resistant plasterboard (blue board/villaboard), finished and ready for painting and cabinet/sink installation. • Waste Removal: must include provisions to remove waste.
